The good news is that it has been gently raining all day. There is even some run off now as you can see in the next picture.
The bad news is that it has been gently raining all day. Heavy overcast and no sun makes for a dreary day inside a small camper like Comfort Castle.
Laundry was done this morning. Putting clothes away was strung out as long as it could be. Then some cleaning was done and piddled with for forever. Then it was lunch time.
Sometimes this kind of weather can make for 83 hour long days. It does not help that the temperature only got up to forty four this afternoon. It is no solace that the temperature down in Estes on the coast was 81 with bright sunshine. That is only two hundred miles south. However the package due in Monday is holding me here. Right now the prediction is for rain until Sunday.
It is some solace that the area can use every bit of the rain and then some. It was a good day for trying to have tooooo much fun inside. TheOFM
